Refund Policy and Warranty

WARRANTY

All Mastermind products come with a lifetime warranty on the brewer functions. If a part of the brewer is defective, we will issue a replacement. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as dents, dings, or scratches.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item may be used or unused, but not damaged. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We do not accept returns on coffee.
